that is just a concept someone made based upon the sony clie. sony has not released any type of design for it

Ahhh, I figured it might have been, but I think it looks mighty cool, don't you think?
However, I think the flip up lid is pretty useless, if they were thinking of going in that direction. Other than protecting the screen it doesn't do anything unlike the GBA SP.
If they did that, they could make a big vertical screen or something. Bigger is better in this case, IMHO.

this is not it the psp was showd at the 2004 e3 event and looks alot better then that pluse if u go to playstation.com and serch psp it will show u

Yeah that was originally posted over a year ago! So they only had the concept art for the system.
Looks a lot better now I must say- plus the pictures shown above look very similar to the GBASp..
